By utilizing and navigating the DRS_HRE website, you are explicitly acknowledging and consenting to the terms and conditions outlined below:

Damages:

You are accountable for any damages to the garment, encompassing stains and tears etc. In the event of irreparable damage, you will be invoiced the recommended retail price of the garment/s. Decisions regarding damages are made by our customer care team and seamstress, who provide professional opinions. The hire cost will not be subtracted from the RRP upon payment.

Refunds:

Due to the inherent nature of our business, refunds are not feasible. Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable. The act of hiring a dress renders it unavailable for other customers, and refunds will not be issued for circumstances such as event cancellations or changes of heart.

Shipping:

We employ express shipping services nationwide in Australia. It is your responsibility to be available for delivery or collection. Your hire period commences when the courier first attempts delivery, and store credits will not be granted for late delivery if you were unavailable. DRS_HRE assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods. Incorrect addresses may lead to no refund, late fees, or a replacement fee.

Sizing Issues:

Items are generally true to size unless specified otherwise. For additional details on size and fit, reach out to info@drs_hre.com.au. Refunds are not issued due to the fundamental nature of our business.

Returns:

Pre-paid return packaging is supplied. Place your garment in the pre-addressed envelope and return it to Australia Post by 2 pm on the last day of your hire. In case of losing the packaging, return the garment via trackable express post to DRS_HRE. Late fees will be incurred, and if your late return impacts another customer's hire, you will be charged the full value of their hire fee.

Cleaning:

Professional cleaning is included in the hire fee. Do not attempt to clean, alter, or iron the garment yourself. In the event of damage, contact info@drs_hre.com.au.

Late Fee Policy:

Hire periods are strictly four (4) days. Agree to return the product by 2 pm on the return date or the subsequent business day for Sunday or public holiday returns. Late returns result in a $30.00 fee per day. If your delayed return affects another customer's hire, you will be charged their full hire fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are not granted for cancellations, as the garment becomes unavailable for others to book. Full store credits are issued for cancellations made over 14 days before the hire date.


International Shipping:

We exclusively operate within Australia, and international shipping is not available. Opting for 'Local Pick Up' during order processing will not result in a full refund. Instead, a charge of 3% + 30 cents will be applied to your order.
